Hey all! Well we draw ever closer to V day. I will be spending as much time as my schedule and the weather allows out and about sign waving and handing out info. I'd really like to have others with me. It, not only makes it more fun but also shows more of a presence. I can provide limited transport to and from where ever we land. Please feel free to email me djgrasshopa@yahoo.com to set up times and places for us to go out. Right now I REALLY want to hit 1st and University (Cherry Creek) for a few hours during afternoon rush. Otherwise, Colfax and Broadway is really good too. If you need a sign and can't make it by HQ I can stop by and harass the bois for signs. I'm sure they'll give em to me just to get me the hell out! ROFL ;D ;D BTW, Adam GREAT job on the new boards. A humble volunteer, m

I live in the Wash Park area and I have been going out after work on the rollerblades and distributing fliers and post-it note sticky's around to the patrons of the park. I'm interested in helping you out where I can but unfortunately I work in Boulder so after my hour long drive (or 2 1/2 hours on a crappy snowy day like today...ug) it's usually a little after 6 before I get home.
By the time I'd be ready to go I think rush hour (or day light) would just about be over with. So I'm not much help for sign waving during the week. But if you are interested in picking a shopping center or parking lot or something, I'd be interested in meeting up with you to distribute literature....
Let me know.

If you want we can take and do something during the Cherry Creek Sat morn rush. say around 10-11a to when ever if that works better for people.
Also, anyone that is intrested in weekday afternoon rush let me know too. I figure we can go out about 3p or so and hang out for a few hours. For any of you who don't know the intersection off hand it's pretty big. Each direction has at least 3, if not, four lanes. There is LOTS of room for LOTS of people.
I'm open to other ideas as well. Just let me know.

I'd be willing to meet up with you for an hour or so on Saturday morning to do some sign waving. I can probably bring 1-3 people with me. HOPEFULLY, other people will visit the board and decide to join us.
Lets decide on a time and location so if others view this post and are interested in helping, they can know where to meet us.
Any ideas?

I'm interested in meeting over by Cherry Creek if you want Grasshopa.
Lets pick a time.
I'd like to get other's to join us for about an hour to an hour and a half tomorrow. If anyone is interested... PLEASE post in the board so we can make arrangements. I have extra signs if needed.

Dude,
It's great to have your support!!!
No, that was file footage they used to expand the story. To, presumably, give history on it. Personally, I think it's sad that's what they would show but I guess it makes for good TV. In fact, Mason wouldn't even let smoke cigarettes.

I'm actually going to have to cancel on you Grasshopa....
My drivers side window dropped out of it's track yesterday and I've got to go to a buddy's house so he can yank the window assy and then take it to Jeep to exchange it under warranty. Since they are closed on Sunday I really don't have a choice but to do it today.
I'm definately down for some sign waving tho....Sunday or Monday maybe?

That's totally cool...I ended up getting caught up on some much needed sleep.
Just let me know when ever. I just really want to try to blast Cherry Creek because soooo many people end up goin' though there. I don't think 10 ppl down there at the same time would be too many.
