The Denver Post has yet another article that protrays Amendment 44 and the SAFER supporters as unruly and disrespectful.
Be sure to openforum@denverpost.com write the editor and let them know while they may see Free Speech and the Right to Assemble as "Frightening", we see it as an opportunity to stop Government officials from spewing lies and misinformation. And thankfully, the Constitution of the United States allows us this freedom.
Unfortunately the "Denver Post" has forgotten this basic freedom as well as the fact that a news company should REPORT the news instead of trying to influence their readers with their biased articles.
The most frightening political theater of the season came last Friday outside the state Capitol when supporters of a ballot measure to legalize possession of a small amount of marijuana mocked and shouted down Gov. Bill Owens as he tried to rally the opposition.
