well I have already voted YES on amend. 44... I recommend in future elections that you vote by absentee ballot because at least there is a hard copy of your vote vs. electronic voting machines. I cant wait I even am planning to celebrate on the 7th of Nov. especially. www.myspace.com/reachnickhere

I walked into the voting center that is 2 blocks from my house at 7:30 on Saturday. Walked right in, no lines, hopped right up to the machine and I also cast my vote for 44 (even did a little dance right there at the machine when I selected "YES").
The polling station (University & I-25) had the electronic machines but I didn't see any problems with them. After I was done selecting everything, the machine printed out this huge paper receipt that allowed me to review each answer. After I had confirmed everything I hit "submit' and it was done.
It seemed to me that our machines left a very nice, organized and understandable paper trail.
I recommend voting early. The polling stations are open until 8:00pm this week so there is definately time to go after work. If you get in around 7:30 I bet there won't be much of a line.

Whatever.. it was right up the street... Just rode the bike up there, check out the line. If it was too long just go back home and return to the voting center a little later.
That just makes me smart for not waiting in line! :-)

i have talked to a few people and through a quick discussion on why i think it should be legal, they told me that they would deffinately vote yes, whereas before they were probably going with a no. im not about to start counting any chickens before this thing is over, but i have high hopes.

So to speak, huh? ;D ;D As I just posted on CRCM's site, I think we have deffinatly brought this to the forefront of discussion and I think if we do pass this Tuesday it will have much broader implications than just legalizing pot. If a bunch of "pot heads" can change a law what can the rest of society do with laws they like/don't like? I know if I were a fascist in today's gov't I would be scared! Mike
